Eddy Saleh is Senior Vice President, leading strategy, business development, sales, and contract management for AEG. With nearly two decades of utility industry experience, Eddy has excelled in various leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in product and service sales, operations, P&L oversight, and intricate client and vendor management. His strategic acumen extends to establishing and leading critical teams, optimizing operational processes, forging strategic partnerships, and securing pivotal opportunities.

Prior to joining AEG, Eddy held integral roles within Honeywell’s Smart Energy division, overseeing Sales, Sales Operations, business development, and cultivating strategic partnerships. He has managed regional operations responsible for diverse portfolio of utility programs dedicated to energy efficiency, demand response, and water conservation across California and the Pacific Northwest. Eddy’s experience also encompasses technical solution development and startup of comprehensive portfolios and programs for some of the largest utilities in the US and Canada.

Based in Los Angeles, Eddy holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical and Materials from the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
