Eli Morris is the Managing Director of the Market Assessment group at AEG. In this role, Eli oversees AEG’s market characterization, potential study, engineering analysis, and emerging technology work for energy utilities and other organizations. Eli has over 18 years of experience helping energy utilities understand the potential for, and cost-effectiveness of, customer-focused resources and programs, with a particular focus on energy efficiency, demand response, and transportation electrification. He has significant experience developing, directing, and implementing data-driven solutions for leading energy companies, including managing large and complex projects in jurisdictions across the country.

Eli has provided testimony before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the Public Utility Commission of Oregon (OPUC).

Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from Carleton College. He is a long-standing member of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council’s Conservation Resources Advisory Committee (CRAC) and Demand Response Advisory Committee (DRAC).
